What it costs
- Work in series: 5 € per month and per person, that is 60 € excluding tax per person per year.
- For a team: the same price per person, a single invoice, and the shared templates and rules file.

What to write to us
- The exact name of your organisation, the one that must appear on the invoice.
- The billing address, and the VAT number if you have one.
- The number of people.
- The start date you want.
- An internal order reference, if your accounts department needs one.
- The address the key should be sent to.

What happens next
You receive the invoice and the key by email. The invoice is paid by bank transfer, within thirty days; there is no direct debit, no subscription to cancel, no automatic renewal.
The key is pasted once into the workshop, in the “My licence” panel below the drop zone. It lasts a year, and it is checked in your browser by its signature: no request goes out to us.
To renew, just tell us: we reissue the same key with a later date.
What the key never closes
- Single-document use: a document opened, redacted, saved, with or without a key.
- The checker, which stays open to everyone.
- A review in progress: a key that expires while you work does not interrupt it.
After the end date, work in series stays open for fourteen days, time to renew. Then the tool goes back to its free form, losing nothing of what is saved on your computer.
No account, no card
This site asks for no card details and creates no account. Your billing details live in our accounts, as for any invoice, and not on this site: it has neither a database nor a form.
